Intelligent boost module circuit: mainly for the adapter input 9V/2A DC to DC conversion into a suitable for two series of lithium batteries CC/CV charging mode and two series of lithium batteries for buck into 5V/2A regulated output state. At the same time, it enables automatic switching of input and output states.

Protection board (PCM): It is mainly a protection circuit designed for rechargeable lithium battery pack. Due to the chemical characteristics of lithium battery itself, it is necessary to provide intelligent power calculation, overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit, overcurrent and other protection functions to avoid causing danger such as combustion and explosion.

Protection IC (Protection IC): The main protection function chip of the design solution, which monitors the overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and other functions of the battery cell online in time, so that the battery cell works in a safe, stable and efficient range.

Temperature switch: mainly designed for temperature protection function. When the temperature of the battery itself reaches 70±5℃ range due to other abnormal problems, the temperature switch is activated for temperature protection.
