December meeting

On December 1, 2021, the general manager of our company organized the knowledge training of lithium ion battery. In the process of training, Manager Zhou explained the connotation of corporate culture with passion, and introduced the company’s corporate culture, corporate philosophy/talent concept, development process, product knowledge and so on. Everyone from all departments listened attentively and took notes carefully. Next, in order to promote everyone’s understanding and application, Manager Zhou arranged questions and practical operation, hoping that we can study the principle of battery through practice. During the process, we not only exercised our hands and brains ability, but also actively discussed and demonstrated, and improved our ability to cooperate with each other. The most important thing is to promote mutual understanding and knowledge among colleagues and establish a friendly and happy working relationship and atmosphere.

Then Manager Zhou explained more detailed things about lithium ion battery, such as which type of lithium ion battery can be customized by our company, the level and value of customers we face, and detailed explanations about communication and customer communication for the business team.

At the same time, Manager Zhou is also teaching us to achieve innovation. It is reported that Guangdong has unveiled a series of policy measures and work arrangements to strengthen basic research and applied basic research, and strengthen the construction of major scientific and technological infrastructure and innovation platform in collaboration with Hong Kong and Macao.

The core of innovation drive is technological innovation, he said. To pursue innovation-driven development, we must concentrate our efforts on promoting scientific and technological innovation. Innovation is the primary driving force for development. Scientific research, industry, talent and global resources have their own strengths. And innovation determines the future, so Manager Zhou encouraged everyone to actively innovate, bold attempt, more learning.

At last, Manager Zhou expressed his expectation for everyone: he hopes employees to actively report and communicate, and be good at actively discovering, analyzing, summarizing and  solving problems, so as to be an innovative, professional and diligent person.
