Selection Considerations

Battery cells must meet UN38.3 and IEC62133 certifications to ensure safe transportation and usage. Voltage variation within the same batch must be controlled within ±10mV to enhance consistency after assembly. Small robots should prioritize high-energy-density NCM-based lithium polymer cells, while medium-to-large robots should prioritize UL1642-certified lithium iron phosphate cells.
