How is battery voltage calculated?

Lithium iron phosphate battery

Fully charged: 3.65V; Nominal: 3.20V; Discharged: 2.50V

Ternary lithium battery

Fully charged 4.20V;Nominal 3.60V/3.70V;Low battery 2.50V/2.75V/3.00V

For example: Calculate the nominal voltage of a 60V lithium iron phosphate battery.

Full-charge voltage:

3.65V × 20 series = 73.0V

Nominal Voltage:

3.20 × 20 series = 64.0V

No power voltage:

2.50V x 20 series = 50.0V

Common voltage configurations for lithium iron phosphate batteries

48V (16 series)

Full charge: 58.4V;Discharged: 40.0V

60V (20 strings)

Full charge: 73.0V;Discharged: 50.0V

72V (24 series)

Full charge: 87.6V;Discharged: 60.0V

Common voltage configurations for ternary lithium batteries

 48V (13 series)

Full charge: 54.6V;Low charge: 32.5V / 35.75V / 39.0V

60V (17 series)

Full charge: 71.4V;Discharged: 42.5V / 46.75V / 51.0V

72V (20 series)

Full charge: 84.0V;Discharged: 50.0V/55.0V/60.0V
